Pre-Auction Meeting and Viewing – We will be
conducting a Buyer’s Informational Meeting at the property on Wednesday, April
21st, 2010 at 10:00AM sharp. At
this meeting we will be pre-registering buyers, handing out the Buyer’s
Information Guide and going over it. The
Buyer’s Information Guide will be an attachment to the contract and serve as
the disclosure of all property information. This is also a perfect time to view the property.

It appears that the fences may not be on the property lines, we will have
additional information and a resolution to the fence issue at the buyer’s
information meeting and auction day.
